  If we were able to give zero stars, we would, which is unfortunate because we love the checkers in Waterford. Manager just screamed at us for asking for a refill and completely disrespected us. To say we are confused would be an understatement because we asked if we could sit and eat in the parking lot and come back for a refill before we left and a different employee said that it was okay.
  We pulled up to the window to hear the words "pull the lid and straw out and this is the last time you can get a refill here." Last time? This was our first time. We gave her the cup and she screamed "Jesus Christ. This is only half way full." And slammed the window shut.
  When the cup was returned she said "if it spills it's not my fault." We've never been so disrespected at any drive through. Don't come to this location if you want good service. Sorry Checkers! We still love the Waterford location!
