  It took 15 minutes for them to take our order but than there was a mistake and that they would be right back to take our order, after all they never took order and when we left they didn't say anything. The servers were mean and unorganized and this is the second time this has happened. I don't recommend this

  I ordered the ultimate honey mustard chicken sandwich and as I was eating it I bit into something that was like plastic and I couldn't chew up so I showed the manager who said it was a piece of onion !! It was not a piece of onion I'm still feeling nauseous and I will never go back to any big boy ever again !!!

  I ordered a big boy burger and the food took forever to get to the table. When the food got to the table, everything was cold and the burger was flavorless. I am one to hate McDonald's and I thought I'd rather eat there.. Definitely not worth it... also, the biscuits were undercooked to the point that it came out cold and it was dough.

  It's close to home from Henry Ford Hoapital, food good and most of the time the service is great.
