  The staff needs more training on costumer service. One waitress delivering food spilled sauce all over the table and chairs and just walked away. The food had no taste my son found a fruit fly in his meal he told the waitress about it and she's said okay we clean the place really good so I don't know why that happened and went into a spiel about how the water stays under the booth when they clean and they're going to have them sealed up.
  I've been to two of the other locations and got good service and food I'm not sure why this location was different

  I had a great BBQ experience for my first visit at Bad Brads. I had the chopped brisket, pulled pork, chicken wings, corn bread and potato salad. It was all great. The waitress was great and the food came out quick. Trust me, if you love BBQ, you won't be disappointed. Will be going back soon.

  Food was really good. Our service was a bit slow for how empty it was but that's dependent on the waiter/waitress you get. Con: They serve your wine in a jar. I did not like that, clumsy to hold & too heavy for a glass. I understand they have a theme but a stemless wine glass would be a much better option than a diamond shaped jar with threads. The music playlist was awesome.
